We have several products that solve more or less the same problems. However, they differ in how they function. Products of the same type look similar and are installed in similar fashion.

Yes. The portable A/C exhaust wall mount plugs will screw on to an installed type G vent kit when the tube is not connected.

Type G vent kits can be installed on RVs, campers and houses. In fact, we created the deeper wall thickness variants (over 3 inches) specifically for house installations.

Our other vent kits (for example EW2-D-NET-KIT and 6VENT-NET-KIT) have parts on the outside and inside of the wall that are connected by screws.

Type G vent kits however don't use screws at all. They have a portion of the kit that go through the wall and is secured on the inside by a hand-tightened portion of the kit.

EW2-D-NET-KIT and 6VENT-NET-KIT however mount more flush on the inside whereas Type G products stick out a little (by about an inch) on the inside because of the locking ring assembly.

Type G product can be installed on think walls and walls as thick as 12 inches whereas 6VENT-NET-KIT can only be installed on tents and thin walls not thicker than 0.25 inch.
