Run your diesel heater outside and bring only the heat in
The Type G Heater Kit is a through-wall pass-through for diesel air heater duct. It keeps the hot-air path off your wall, seals against weather and drafts, and installs without a single screw. It fits the same 150 mm hole as every Intulon Type G portable air conditioner vent kit, so one hole serves all four seasons.
Keeps the heat off the wall
The hot-air tube runs through the center of the kit with an insulating air gap between it and the outer shell. In a two-hour test at full heater output, the outer shell stayed cool to the touch. Your RV panel, van wall or tent fabric never sees the duct heat.
Fits the hole you may already have
The kit uses the same 150 mm (5-7/8 in) hole as the Intulon Type G portable air conditioner vent kit. Swap the AC body out in the fall, drop the Heater Kit in, and put the AC body back in spring. If you are cutting new, use a 150 mm hole saw.
Both duct sizes in the box
A 3 in (75 mm) and a 4 in (100 mm) connector are included for the outside, heater-facing end. Pick the one that matches your heater's duct, thread it on, slide the duct over and clamp. The inside end is a fixed 3 in (75 mm) fitting: leave it open to heat the space, or clamp on more duct and run the heat into a truck bed, a second room or under a bunk.
Built for hot air
The tube and connectors are glass-fiber-reinforced nylon. The outer shell, flange and locking ring are the same proven Type G construction.
Sealed, tool-free
A 10 mm silicone flange seal sits between the flange and the wall; the locking ring tightens from inside. No screws, no sealant, no holes beyond the one you cut. A threaded plug caps the port when the heater is packed away.

Not for
The heater's combustion intake or exhaust pipes. Those stay outside with the heater, as your heater's manual requires.
